Floraidh & Elliot chose the fantastic west coast setting of Ardshealach Lodge to tie the knot a couple of weeks ago.
They opted for a natural wildflower design for church, marquee , 5 bridesmaids , buttonholes , arrangements for their 10 tables of guests & of course bridal bouquet.
Such beautiful images by Andy Alan Photography, which really show how the day came to life.
You can see I've included my photo of the Gypsophila bunches all laid out as I was making them, and then the result; how pretty they looked on the pew ends in the Church! And what a super photo of the Bride Floraidh and her bridesmaids with their bouquets aloft! I love that one!
Every wedding is special, deeply personal and romantic. From elopements to bigger weddings like this one- with all the friends and family there to celebrate!
I have the pleasure to add the floral touch to so many throughout Lochaber. It really is a wonderful job. To be involved in making the day perfect for the couple. Seeing photos afterwards to see how the flowers slotted into place, is a thrill.
I love seeing the flowers of course! - but more than its a lovely feeling to see the couples smiling and happy, and to know this is the beginning of their married life.
Congratulations!!
