This has been my first year experimenting with the Christmas Fairs round and about Lochaber and the Great Glen.
It’s fantastic to be out and about. As someone who works from home, alot of my local business is based around Facebook - so it’s really lovely to meet customers face to face. In fact many customers have come over to my table to introduce themselves and say ‘hello’!
I love the atmosphere at Craft Fairs, with everyone looking forward to Christmas with so many varied local businesses and crafters to be found. Such a great selection at every event.
It’s an early start, and a long day for everyone who takes part. Especially when it came to the biggest so far, The Rotary Club Christmas Fayre at the Nevis Centre Fort William.
Huge thanks to my friends at HM Parcels and Distribution Ltd who went above & beyond, on their day off, ferrying everything to & fro.
All my stock was in safe hands as HM is my delivery partner, well used to making flowers deliveries all across Lochaber, including the Road to the Isles, The Small Isles, Ardnamurchan, The Great Glen, and up to Lochend and Drumnadrochit too.
I have been taking orders for fresh flowers and wreaths for Christmas deliveries, but I also have many artificial and dried arrangements, and a few quirky novelty items too. I have my ‘Robin Windows’, which are a lovely gift or just for you, handmade by me. I love making these and wonderful to see them fly off to new homes for Christmas.
And if you are planning on getting ‘hands on’ into the festive spirit, I have my popular wreath kits which are all ready for you to take home and get creative.
But it’s not all Christmas- I have had two Weddings booked too while at a Fair!
It’s lovely to see you all face to face, say hello, and discuss your orders, but don’t forget I am always just a phone call away when you are thinking of magical flowers, any time of year, in Lochaber!
